All of our licensed customs brokers and our warehouse managers are DAFF / Biosecurity accredited and are re-accredited every two years to maintain a high level of expertise in the handling and clearance of cargo.

With the on-going threat of pest & diseases imported in Australia, DAFF Biosecurity (formally AQIS) demands a high level of involvement in the protection against illegal entry of Quarantine Related Matter (QRM) into the country. Swift Customs Services ensures all clients are aware of their obligations as importers, to comply with and understand the Act and Regulations that govern imported goods.

It is essential for importers to ensure correct packing declarations and fumigation certificates are received in a timely manner to allow for possible inspections and/or treatments if required.
